In November I visited Millennium Park to try and capture some of the remaining fall color. I found, in the Lurie Garden that a few plants still had some color left as well. This was shot, deliberately, through some yellowed plants to provide a softening effect in the foreground. The composition might not have worked so well here, but I think the idea has merit.

We went for a walk in the woods today and found this jumping spider. I managed to coax it onto a twig and then onto my hand. Right after this photo the spider jumped onto the front of my camera lens. 🙂
